Architectural authorship
I develop ideas through the relationship between people, space and place, carrying the design intent into details and construction decisions.
I am an architect and project manager based in Baku, with more than 25 years of experience in architecture, project delivery, construction supervision, BIM and sustainable design.
My work connects design intent with the decisions that turn a project into a building — from the first concept to coordination and delivery. I bring together international and multidisciplinary teams, contractors and consultants to manage quality, programme and construction challenges.

BAKU, AZERBAIJAN
I began working in architecture in 2000 while still a university student. My career spans architectural leadership, independent practice, complex public and residential projects, and the management of large-scale reconstruction programmes.
I work across concept design, technical development, engineering coordination, construction documentation and author supervision. I value continuity: understanding a project's purpose, protecting its architectural character and staying involved in the decisions that shape the result.
I develop ideas through the relationship between people, space and place, carrying the design intent into details and construction decisions.
I connect design, consultants, programme and delivery so that technical and management decisions support the same project goals.
I treat climate, daylight, wind, materials and everyday comfort as design inputs, supported by analysis and an understanding of local context.
Clear stages, deliverables and decision points create a transparent path from briefing through concept, coordination and technical design.
Structured information supports interdisciplinary coordination, clearer communication and better-informed decisions before construction.
Climate, light, wind, comfort, resources and project constraints are treated as design inputs rather than late-stage checks.
Design quality, programme, consultants and approvals are coordinated under the same project leadership.
